Job Title: Assistant Venue Manager

Croc's Playcentre is a well-established brand in Australia, with over 500,000 people visiting and 12,000 birthday parties celebrated in our venues each year.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to manage all aspects of our instore operation.

The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of in-store operations on a full-time basis. This hands-on diverse and busy role involves operating our in-store Muffin Break Café, overseeing a high volume of children's birthday parties and private functions, ensuring the safe operation of the playground, managing bookings and enquiries, and maintaining day-to-day operations in line with our C.R.O.C.S standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing people, growing sales, managing costs, and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment
  • A can-do attitude, with the ability to act autonomously, efficiently, and resiliently
  • Passion for creating a supporting and motivating team culture
  • Valid First Aid Certificate & Working with Children's check
