Job Opportunity: Warehouse Operations

This is a Full-time position based at Scoresby, VIC. Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will be delivering exceptional customer service and attaining operational excellence within the warehouse.

About the Role
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences to all customers
  • Fully adhere to safety, logistics, inventory, and regulatory guidelines
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including stock placement, receiving inbound deliveries, and loading/unloading of inbound and outbound orders, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Operate a forklift for the majority of the role — valid forklift licence and experience required
  • Lift and move products as needed (manual handling involved)
  • Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock
  • Perform data entry, respond to phone inquiries, and assist with online order processing when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse through regular general housekeeping tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, with three shift options available:

  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
About You
  • Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential
  • Computer literacy is desirable
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as needed (manual handling involved)
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced work environment
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
