About Our Customer Service Role:

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our high-performing contact centre team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with new and existing clients across Australia and New Zealand, supporting clinic operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls for promotional campaigns
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from clients with empathy and professionalism
  • Booking and managing clinic appointments using CRM systems
  • FOLLOWING UP ON LEADS AND REBOOKING LAPSED CLIENTS
  • Accurately updating client records and documenting all information
  • Meeting and exceeding contact centre KPIs (calls per hour, bookings, quality scores)

Requirements:

  • Previous contact centre or phone-based experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, or similar sectors
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to each client's needs
  • Strong experience working in fast-paced, target-driven contact centre environments
  • High proficiency with CRM platforms and multiple systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
