Sanitizing Specialist

As a member of the Cleaning team at Villa Maria, you will provide high-quality sanitizing services ensuring residents' rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.

The role involves working as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. You will also support your peers and contribute to a cooperative team spirit.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Previous experience working as a cleaner or in a similar role
• Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse people
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
• A reliable team player
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
