About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre, driving excellence in all aspects of operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily centre activities, including staffing and budgeting. Your leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver exceptional care and education, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Manage centre operations, including staffing and budgets.
  • Lead and develop Educators and Teachers through coaching and mentoring.
  • Develop engaging activities that promote children's holistic development.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively.
