Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 + commission per annum



The Role:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with clients to drive business growth and meet client needs
  • Managing the 360 recruitment process, from initial brief to successful placement of candidates
  • Responsible for leading niche areas of recruitment operations and contributing to the development of new business opportunities
  • Assisting in the placement of candidates in exciting positions and developing talent pools to support future recruitment needs
  • Managing the recruitment process, including taking reference checks and providing exceptional customer service
  • Business development and identifying opportunities to expand our services and grow our client base


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of external recruitment experience, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • Proven ability to nurture and develop client relationships, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • A good work ethic and a team player with a positive attitude and approach
