At Programmed, we are seeking an exceptional Business Services Manager/Director to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a strategic and empathetic leader with a proven track record of turning around teams, driving growth, and fostering long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business services, accounting, or related fields, with a strong technical knowledge in business advisory, taxation, accounting, and financial management. They will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic business plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and long-term goals.

In this role, you will play a key part in rebuilding trust, enhancing team morale, and driving the business forward through strong leadership and new business development. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering high-level advice on business operations, financial strategies, and growth initiatives.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels. You will also require a proven success in new business development, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
