Opportunity to Work in a Dynamic Finance Team

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our client, a world-leading technology solutions provider based in Parramatta. As a dedicated and bilingual professional, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank statements and process financial transactions with high accuracy
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including statements, and ensure timely submission
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account discrepancies efficiently
  • Support the finance team with administrative duties as required, demonstrating excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an accounts or finance-related role, preferably with tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, ensuring seamless data processing and analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders, adapting to diverse cultural backgrounds
