Senior Education Solution Designer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our education solution design and activation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, creating tailored training initiatives, and adapting existing products to enable flexible delivery formats.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify stakeholders and their learning requirements.
- Create bespoke training solutions that leverage our existing capabilities and products.
- Design and implement adaptive solutions to support online and hybrid learning models.
- Mapped architecture for delivering identified solutions.
- Evaluate operational readiness and financial implications.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact.
- Prior experience in education or training solution design is essential.
- Strategic thinking and ability to utilize existing capabilities effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of learning design principles.
- Strong project planning and implementation skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to make informed decisions.
- Leadership skills with influence.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
