We are seeking a motivated physiotherapist to deliver in-home care across Nowra and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to make a real impact every day.

About the Role
  • Flexible hybrid model- a mix of working from home and client visits
  • Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday to Friday - no weekends)

You will work with clients in their homes, supporting them to achieve meaningful health and wellness goals. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate services to support clients' health, independence, and wellbeing
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments through telehealth or face-to-face visits
  • Work on complex cases that empower clients to regain daily living independence
  • Primarily provide one-on-one care, with opportunities to contribute to group wellness programs and health education
