Salesforce Tech Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting systems integrated with enterprise applications.
  • Managing deployment cycles, version control, and environment governance.
  • Oversight of data migrations, integrations, and automation strategies.
  • Conducting code reviews and documenting solution design.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong leadership skills in technical delivery and team mentorship.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Admin, App Builder).
  • Expertise in Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce automation tools.

You will be perfect for this role if you have a strong background in Salesforce development and excellent leadership skills.
