Job Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team at the Sydney Distribution Centre.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
  • This role involves repetitive lifting up to 25kg, so physical fitness is required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing warehouse functions aligned with brand vision and values.
  • Delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and increased customer lifetime value.
  • Effective execution of all retail, wholesale and ecommerce picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Execution of inbound freight put away, stock audits and cyclic counts.
  • Upholding operational standards and procedures.
  • Contributing to a team culture promoting transparency, openness, problem solving & continuous improvement.
  • Working alongside the Warehouse Operations Manager to ensure strategies are executed in line with business targets.
  • Nurturing internal relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Repentitive heavy lifting of up to 25kg.
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with WHS standards and policies.
