Job Opportunity: Associate Trader

The role of an Associate Trader is an entry-level position with 1-3 years of trading experience, responsible for executing Equity and FX trades under the supervision of a senior trader.

This position involves timely and accurate execution of orders across the Asia Pacific region. The associate trader will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating execution performance using in-house and third-party transaction cost analysis tools.

  • Execute and manage low-touch Equity and FX orders across the Asia Pacific region
  • Monitor and evaluate execution performance across multiple dimensions
  • Gain understanding of regional market microstructures and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or quantitative-related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environment
  • Completed applicable trading exams and currently holds required certifications/licenses
