Specialist Centre Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our team of 60 practitioners, including 20 board-registered specialists.

We are a multidisciplinary practice offering a range of services, including periodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

Key Responsibilities

You will gain experience working with all aspects of specialist dentistry.

Your Tasks

  • Assisting the team with patient communications
  • Management of general anaesthetic hospital lists
  • Extensive treatment planning
  • Processing of accounts and payment plans
  • Scheduling and efficient organisation of patients' treatment
  • Providing individual attention to each specialist dentist and their requirements
  • Administrative tasks as directed by management

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to take initiative
  • Team player who leads by example and takes pride in their work
  • Bubbly, outgoing, and able to maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software highly desirable
