Advanced Community Physiotherapist

The Grade 2 Physiotherapist will be a valued member of the community health team and will be required to provide high-quality physiotherapy services as per their scope of practice and in keeping with established objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical, educational, and consultative interventions to patients/clients of the organization and may include advanced clinical practices where appropriate.
- Provide leadership for the Physiotherapy Team through professional supervision, mentoring, and competency training consistent with their skill mix and clinical experience.
- Provide clinical and educational support to Grade 1, Level 1 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students as delegated.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated depth of experience appropriate to community-based physiotherapy service provision.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, and implement realistic treatments and outcome goals for complex clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.
