Experienced Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Supervisor to lead our accounting department in Perth, Australia.

This key role involves managing and expanding our client portfolio, supporting partners, and guiding a team of ambitious accountants. You will have opportunities to mentor junior staff, take ownership of your work and clients, and thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment with potential for career advancement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically grow and manage our client base
  • Provide expert support to partners and leadership of the accounting team
  • Mentor and develop junior accountants
  • Take full ownership of your work and client relationships

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding position, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Tax Preparation and Business Services within Australian Public Practice
  • Chartered Accountant/CPA qualification
  • Australian tertiary education completed
  • Demonstrated direct client interaction experience, including stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Superb communication and writing abilities
  • Strong knowledge of taxation and accounting principles
  • Prominent leadership qualities
