Join Our Educational Team

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team of professionals in the early learning industry.


As an educator with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children by providing them with a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.


  • Care for and support the needs of children from diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families and other stakeholders to ensure open communication and a sense of community
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as child safety, curriculum design and pedagogy
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for all children, including those with special needs or requirements

Requirements
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a childcare qualification within 3 months of commencement)
  • A current Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • A current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • The availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm
