About the Role

Ally Fashion is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Store Manager at our Colonnades location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a positive team environment that prioritizes exceptional customer service and drives financial performance.
  • Lead by example, providing effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management, and executing business strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist and train the team, maintain store well-being, and ensure high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines.
  • Recruit, attract, nurture, retain, and develop talented individuals to take on leadership roles.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will embody Ally Fashion's values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving. You should have a genuine passion for mentoring others, be flexible to work rotational weekend rosters including late night trade, and possess solid experience in store management in a fast-paced retail environment.
