Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs immediately.
  • Clean allocated rooms to the highest standards within the allotted time.
  • Replenish and control guest supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
  • Follow established housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of professional appearance.
  • Notify Housekeeping Office of unusual situations.
  • Report potential health and safety hazards.
  • Greet guests politely and courteously.
  • Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
  • Comply with hotel operational policies and procedures.
  • Practice workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist other departments as required.
