About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our First and Business team at FCM Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating luxury travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your travel expertise to sell luxury travel products and destinations
  • Develop and maintain a database of existing customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to sell flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and related travel products
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipt payments, and maintain financial documents
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel regulations and government restrictions
  • Work towards nationally recognized qualifications (Cert 3 & 4 in Travel)
About You
  • Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Passion for customer service and a desire to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Comprehensive computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and efficient organizer
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
