Job Title: Gaming Supervisor, Relief Customer Service Manager

About the Role:

This position combines the responsibilities of a gaming supervisor and a relief customer service manager. As a gaming supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming services, including managing staff, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In your role as a relief customer service manager, you will provide support to our customers by handling their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in training new staff members and developing procedures to improve customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our gaming services, including supervising staff and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procedures to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Train new staff members on our gaming services and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
