Job Description

We're seeking dedicated and empathetic Care/Support Workers to join our North Sydney team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients, providing personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, and companionship.

You will support individuals to live safely and independently in their homes, making a real difference in their daily lives. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Compassionate, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable travelling to multiple client homes in the region
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
  • Working With Children Check
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • COVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations)
  • Australian work rights
