Job Title

A Manager of Strategic Project Feasibility is required to lead the development and implementation of a standardised project management methodology for successful project delivery across various locations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic project management methodology for successful project delivery
  • Evaluate risks and identify opportunities for innovation in proposed projects
  • Undertake due diligence on proposed projects, assessing associated costs and program risks prior to completion
  • Establish the Renewal and New Store Program in consultation with stakeholders
  • Coordinate project costs, plans, and documentation for submission to approval bodies
Requirements
  • Background in retail or related field
  • Experience in financial management, project management, development/property space, or construction costings
  • Relevant qualifications in fields such as Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or Project Management
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills, comfort in speaking/presenting to different stakeholders
