We are looking for an experienced Risk Management professional to join our team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team that reviews and validates retail and wholesale credit risk models used by Macquarie. This involves partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that these models are appropriately managed and validated.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in risk management, particularly in credit risk modelling, and be able to lead high-performing teams and manage competing priorities. They will also be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and analyse complex data to provide recommendations to senior leadership.
