Commercial Growth Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Growth Specialist to join our VIC team, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with South-east customers or business customers in Melbourne's western suburbs.
As a Commercial Growth Specialist, you will identify, acquire, and onboard new medium and large-sized business customers, building long-term, profitable, and mutually beneficial relationships.
This role is instrumental in the continued growth of the Officeworks B2B offer and is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and constantly evolving business team.
You will work closely with our Business Specialists to generate leads and build your personal brand within the community of customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new business opportunities within designated portfolios.
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND CONNECTIONS WITH MULTIPLE LEVELS OF STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING C-SUITE LEVEL LEADERS, TO PRESENT TAILORED CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS.
- Work with the wider team to set account plans, achieve targets, and provide exceptional customer experiences.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated and client-centric individual with a minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales and/or business development in a B2B environment. You will have demonstrated:
- A strong understanding of identifying and meeting customer needs while maximising customer satisfaction.
- In-field sales experience, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical and inquisitive skills to work with multiple levels of stakeholders, including C-suite level leaders.
