We are looking for enthusiastic and natural-born problem solvers to join our team of hygiene technicians on a full-time, permanent basis. Our vision is to provide exceptional washroom hygiene services and products across all regions.

As a Hygiene Service Technician, your responsibilities will include providing and maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring the delivery of excellent outcomes, and effectively managing relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients, both orally and in writing
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate completion of tasks, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

- Current and valid Australian driver's license
- Eligible to work full-time in Australia
- Previous experience in cleaning or related industries
- Excellent customer service skills to manage and maintain client relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients
- Physically fit and able to work autonomously, driving long distances as required
- High attention to detail to maintain high standards and achieve set targets
- Ability to consistently work within company and client safety parameters
