Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and finances effectively to ensure the sustainability of our services.
  • Talent Development: Lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritise customer needs and deliver services that meet their expectations.
  • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Business, Social Services, or a related field.
  • NDIS Experience: Proven experience working with the NDIS and understanding its requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial skills, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
