Leader in Risk Management for Member Domains

Your New Role:
- Reporting to the Principal, Member Risk, you will lead the Risk Team to ensure first-line risk management in accordance with the Fund's Risk Management Framework.
- You will identify and manage business risks, provide risk profiling, reporting, and incident management.
- Controls management including identification, design, implementation, and testing.
- Support and oversight of material risks across the Member Domain.
- Provide input into Enterprise Risks as required.
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years' experience in risk management, ideally working in Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge and experience with operational risk and compliance frameworks.
- Critical thinking with strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills, including getting to the root cause of risks/incidents.
- Organisational and planning skills with concurrent tasks and priorities.
- Poise and ability to act calmly in high-pressure situations.
- Personal integrity and confidential matter handling.
