Job Summary

Maintain a clean and safe facility for students, staff, and the public. Provide equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, classroom activities, and events. Minimize property damage, loss, and liability exposure.

This role requires attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and setting priorities. Working under direct supervision using standardized procedures is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Furniture and Equipment Arrangement: Arrange furniture and equipment for meetings, classroom activities, and special events.
  • Facilities Security: Assist in securing facilities and grounds to minimize property damage and potential liability.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean assigned school facilities, including classrooms, offices, gym, restrooms, multipurpose rooms, pools, grounds, desks, lunchroom, and locker rooms.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents of vandalism, damages, and/or issues needing action promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Job-related experience is desired.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and set priorities. Ability to work with others and operate equipment safely.
