- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are attractively displayed and easily accessible.
- Actively engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Participate in stock management, merchandising, and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
