About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Director to lead our International Customer Success Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead high-performing Customer Success teams to deliver value, results, and outcomes that align with customer objectives.
- Monitor and report on key customer metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Customer Success team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and engagement.
- Develop and manage OKRs to drive business growth and customer success.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales bookings targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years managing customers in a SaaS subscription model.
- 3+ years software sales experience preferred.
- 3+ years management experience leading high-growth Customer Success teams.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for driving growth.
- Good understanding of financial and operational levers in a SaaS recurring revenue business model.
- Consultative approach and proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive value, results, and outcomes that align with customer objectives.
