Clinical Applications Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Applications Specialist to provide clinical support during the sales process for our IGS product range. This role involves providing pre-sale product demonstrations, post-sale installation, training and customer service activities to support sales objectives.

As a Clinical Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering product training to customers, building solid customer relationships and using market and product knowledge to assist sales teams in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in product demonstrations, implementation and on-going support
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers
  • Build solid customer relationships
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Medical Imaging
  • Not less than 4 years of experience in intervention labs (Cathlab)
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred
