Ensuring high-quality goods and services is a top priority in our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes that guarantee our products meet the required standards.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality management systems, conduct thorough inspections, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Error Analysis: Identify and investigate internal and external errors, including customer complaints, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documents, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards.
  • Quality Management: Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) and managing CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes.
  • Audit and Inspection: Skilled in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
