Frontline Retail Specialist

At our Orange North store, we are seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a great environment for customers to return.
About the RoleThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Promoting products and deals through effective communication and visual merchandising.
- Operating point of sale systems and monitoring fuel and stock deliveries to ensure seamless transactions.
- Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
- Maintaining effective merchandising and stock control to meet sales targets and maintain store appearance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous retail experience with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- A confident attitude and energetic approach to work, with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset to resolve customer complaints and issues.
