Role Description

Delivering expert physiotherapy services to clients in their homes within the local community, enhancing the mobility, independence, and overall well-being of aged clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
  2. Provide hands-on therapy, tailored exercise programs, and recommend mobility aids where necessary
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimise client outcomes
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and client progress
  5. Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  2. Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA)
  3. Previous experience working with older adults and community clients preferred but not essential
  4. National police clearance
  5. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
