As a Beautification Expert at Sephora, you will be part of our dynamic team in the Chermside store. You will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness. You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.

Your role will involve inspiring and helping customers unleash their inner artist and become the best version of themselves through makeup. You will provide a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique makeup needs, while also staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.

• A keen observer of new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Want to help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves
• Open to expanding your knowledge of our iconic brands to share your knowledge with, and learn from, your team of Studio Artists
• Open to participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions where you're encouraged to continuously learn and explore
• Have a passion to share your artistry knowledge and provide 1:1 appointments to our customers
• Have previous Sales and Artistry experience, and have a certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable
