Job Overview

Accurate Payroll Provision

As a payroll officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate end-to-end payroll services.

  • Process payrolls efficiently and effectively.
  • Apply employment conditions appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Manage payroll adjustments with precision.
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will also assist in administering employee benefits and perform associated administrative duties.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-function payroll processing within an Australian civil construction environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Australian citizenship or a current valid visa allowing you to work in Australia.
