About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Listings Compliance team, responsible for supervising ASX's listed market. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our market and meeting customer expectations.

You'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts, including admissions and investment products teams. You'll also work with Transformation and Operational Performance team members who drive continuous improvement and change programs.

Your Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement policy documents, position papers, and related internal documents.
  2. Provide expert advice on new rule proposals and policy development.
  3. Ensure alignment of policies and procedures with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  4. Conduct research and analysis on current issues, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  5. Contribute to policy team processes and procedures, ensuring effective governance.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and engagement.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in public policy, law, economics, communications, or related fields.
  • Strong academic background and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
