We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Screen & Games professional to lead our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and responsive services to members and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee events for Film, TV, and Games members in consultation with senior management.
  • Account manage high-profile members within the sector.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums.
  • Liaise with communications on event promotion.
  • Assist with award preparation and judge panels.
  • Develop relationships and partnerships with industry stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with team members, colleagues, and management.
  • Deliver training workshops.
  • Nurture new talent within the sector.
  • Support special projects and lead direct reports.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the music business.
  • At least 5 years of management-level experience.
  • Highly experienced in member relationships.
  • Demonstrated public speaking experience.
  • Strong administrator and operational management skills.
  • Project management and event management expertise.
  • Ability to deliver campaigns and strategies.
  • Problem-solving and conflict management skills.

  • A deep understanding of the Film, TV, and Games industry.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • An excellent network of contacts within the sector.
