Habitania, a thriving homewares retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Homewares Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our stores.

You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Work together with your team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Maintain Habitania's high visual merchandising standards through store presentation and visual displays
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for our online store in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

">

- At least one year's retail sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- A customer service focus and a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and late-night trading days, as required
