As a leader, you will have the opportunity to take on business leadership roles and contribute to the growth and development of our clinic. You will be empowered to manage your cases using evidence-based diagnoses, therapies, and recommended courses of treatment, while being supported by emergency and after-hours hospitals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the veterinary team and ensure excellent patient care
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- 4+ years of practical experience as a veterinarian
- Clinical leadership and management skills (desired but not essential)
- Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC)
- NAVLE, AVE, or similar examination qualifications
