Warehouse Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Team Member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive goods from suppliers, unload, and store safely in the warehouse environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers picking up orders, ensuring their experience is positive and efficient.
  • Maintain accurate records and invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular stock takes, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure facility maintenance and layout is maintained at all times, providing a safe work environment for colleagues and visitors.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
