This role is focused on providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of disability support principles and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to clients based on their individual needs and goals.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
  • Transportation and respite care services are also provided.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care plans and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
