Centre Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our centre and lead our team of early learning professionals.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality education and care to children.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive centre performance, achieve business goals, and maintain a revenue-generating business.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and communities, promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
  • Lead and motivate a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

You'll Need:

  • A Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or working towards).
  • Experience leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
