The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated engineering graduate to join our Electrical team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers, helping to design and develop innovative electrical solutions for a wide range of projects.

Our tailored Graduate Program is designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your engineering career. You'll receive on-the-job training across Electrical, Control Systems, and Communications disciplines, preparing you for real-world challenges. Our intention is to develop not only good engineers but great engineers.

What You Will Bring:

  • Currently in your final year of university studies or a recent graduate in a relevant Electrical or Mechatronics engineering field (within the past two years).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with a variety of different stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
