We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our estate management team as a maintenance individual and housekeeper/cleaning professional.

This is a live-in opportunity, where the selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining a private residence in pristine condition.

Maintenance Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the estate remains in excellent working order.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor issues within the property.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing attention and address them promptly.
  • Manage outdoor spaces, including landscaping and pool maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs or renovations.
Cleaning Professional Responsibilities
  • Ensure all interior spaces are immaculately clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
  • Care for delicate surfaces and furnishings with appropriate cleaning methods and products.
  • Manage laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and organising clothing and linens.
  • Assist with occasional meal preparation and table setting for formal events or gatherings.
