About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you'll lead the charge in shaping our design vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you'll work closely with directors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless project execution, all while driving our studio's mission to create meaningful, sustainable spaces that benefit both individuals and communities.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversee design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Collaborate with directors and cross-functional teams to develop project designs, incorporating stakeholder feedback and industry best practices
- Present designs and project updates to clients, fostering trust and rapport through clear communication and transparency
- Develop and maintain 2D/3D drawings using Revit, showcasing creative concepts and project details
- Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally and personally
