About this role:
As a Disability Employment Services Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating teams of consultants to deliver exceptional results for job seekers with disabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead data-driven decision making by interpreting complex data sets
- Nurture strategic partnerships to drive business growth
- Develop and implement long-term business plans to ensure sustained success
Requirements:
- Demonstrated business acumen and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills to address complex issues
- Australian citizenship or residency status
- CURRENT driver's license and comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check
