Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the dispatch and receipt of goods in accordance with SOPs and quality control standards.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in quality control and inventory management, as well as excellent leadership skills and the ability to adapt to new equipment and technology.

• Unload trucks and containers safely and compliantly
• Wrap, pack, strap, and label outgoing products/orders to protect them during delivery
• Receipt and check inbound and outbound stock against invoices and dispatch dockets to ensure quality and quantity are correct
• Manage inventory, maintain housekeeping, and conduct monthly stocktake of products and materials
• Plan and execute testing of incoming raw materials and inspections of outgoing products to confirm quality and manufacturing to specification
• Conduct quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet manufacturing and product specifications
• Maintain accurate inspection records
• Assist in continually improving quality throughout the factory
