About Our Female Support Worker Role:

  • A driver's license and reliable transportation are also preferred.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to clients in their homes or community settings, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve client outcomes.
  • Assist clients with various tasks, such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, and household management, while promoting their autonomy and self-confidence.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in disability support or community services, with a focus on providing person-centered care.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and First Aid/CPR certification, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation, with access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.
